How tall are you?

I am 5'10 1/2 (yes, I want credit for that half inch).

Did you play basketball in school?

I played basketball in 5th & 6th grade (shout out to Sacred Heart & Coach Stinsman) and I don't think I was any good. At the end of our season, we had a pizza party and the Coach handed out trophies. I got the trophy for "Foul Queen" and the Tasmanian Devil figurine was at the top.

What are you working out so much for?

Mental health. Emotional health. Physical health. So going up a set of stairs doesn't kick my ass. So I can still bend down and pick things up when I'm 90. So I can practice mindfulness and focus on my breath. Self-awareness. Self-reflection. Because it's makes good things feel even better...
